We are here to answer your questions. It is our policy to always try and reply to all emails and messages within 24 business hours. The Center is open by appointment Monday through Friday 10am to 6pm and Saturdays 10am to 5pm. We are closed every Sunday, Memorial Day weekend, Independence Day, Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving weekend, and from December 24th through January 1st.

Please call us at 505-3174 to make an appointment for any of our services. As a courtesy to our patients we also offer online booking 24 hours a day. Just click on the "booknow" button below and the program will guide you through the steps - if there are appointments avaialable you can even book for the same day! You do not need to prepay and when you book you will receive a confirmation email and your appointment will immediately pop up in our calendar. We do see patients outside of our regular hours when needed and will fit you in last minute whenever possible - please call and let us know what your scheduling needs are.
